TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Aluminum framed sliding windows, mohair lining and rain water barrier in aluminum section
as per architectural design of the building.
• Clear glass. • Mosquito net. • Safety grills in all windows with suitable enamel paint.
• Internal and external wall of 5″ inch thick 1st class Bangla bricks or solid concrete bricks walls as per scheme of the Company.
• Wall surface of smooth finished plaster.
• French polish in door frames and shutters as per architect’s choice.
• Great Wall / RAK ceramic floor tiles or equivalent in all rooms as per scheme of the Company..
• Acrylic plastic emulsion paint (Burger/ Asian/ Pailac/ Aqua/Equivalent) in all internal walls and white distemper on ceilings
• Exterior surface of the building will be painted with Snowcem/Weather proof paint of elegant color
as per Architect choice.
• Impressive designed kitchen platform has been designed with the provision of double burner outlet
(Ces bumer not included)
• Good quality single bowel stainless steel sink with sink cock shall be provided.
• Great Wall / RAK or Equivalent glazed sles on walls over the sink up to 20″ (seven feet) height from
floor to floor or as per scheme of the Company shall be added..
• Great Wall / RAK or Equivalent ceramic floor tiles fiished as per scheme of the company will be provided.
• Provision for kitchen Hood and exhaust fan at suitable location (Exhaust fan not included).
• Great Wall / RAK/Equivalent commode, low-down and basin shall be provided in all toilets.
• Glazed wall tiles in all bathrooms up to 7-0″ (RAK/Equivalent).
• Floor tiles in all bathrooms (Great Wall/ RAK/Equivalent).• Basin mirrors of good quality with overhead lamp.
• Standard quality locally made CP fittings (Sunbird/Sattar/Mantaho/Equivalent).

Allotment: Allotment will be made on first-come-first-serve basis, Buyers willingly to make full payment at a time
will be given preference.
Allotment Transfer : This possession of all apartments will remain with the company until full payments are made.
Payment : All payments should be made payable to Castle Developers.
Rights :Castle Developers. Reserves the rights to change/modify any design if necessary.
Down Payment : As per company schedule, Company provides flexible installment payment after down payment.
Loan : Company provides support for Bank Loan (if possible).
